is SubFinders® looking for: |
| ®
is looking for "Independent Area Reps" in Major Cities to assist
Contractors in locating Sub-Trades and Services to bid on either Residential,
Retail Build-out or Commercial construction projects. That's where
you as a ® Agent comes in. With our ®system, the work is done automatically for you, once you've been set up. |
| The
"® System" is for contractors to bid out construction projects,
send plans online and also monitor all daily activities about their project(s)
from their own ® master panel. You'll be assisting contractors in finding qualified
Sub-Trades to bid on their project(s). |
| The best part,
you'll be able to work from your own Home by yourself or partner with someone
else in your area. |
| An Ideal Person to be a "®
Rep" is one that can talk with people and have some knowledge
of the construction industry either in sales or management. You'll be talking
with Contractors regarding how to use the ® System and you'll be locating sub-trades for them. Also you'll be talking with Sub-Contractors
on how they can see and bid on projects online. |

will I be doing: |
| SubFinders®
has Contractors and Sub-Trades signing up everyday looking for Sub-Trades or looking
to bid on projects locally, Statewide or Nationally. You'll be doing the following
but not limited to... |
| *Showing Contractors and Sub-Trades
on how to use the ® System. |
| *Qualifying
all construction trades that will be listed with SubFinders®. |
| *Assisting
Contractors in finding Sub-Trades. |
| *Marketing
and going to trade shows for ® in your area. |
| *You'll be getting data
information from local Malls and Shopping Center that will be provided to our
out-of-town contractors that will be coming into your area. |
| *Example: If a Contractor is bidding out a project with his own ® system,
you'll also be able to see his project from your home computer. From there you'll
start signing-up Sub-Trades to bid on his project(s). Once you've loaded enough
trades, the ® System is fully automatic. |

| >Is
this a Franchise or License?: |
| No, this is NOT a Franchise or License. You'll be an "Independent Qualified
Agent" authorized to marketing the SubFinders® System
for your area. There will be most likely other Agents in your area, but if so
all of you will be working together. |

| >What
is the cost to become a SUBFINDERS® Agent?: |
| There is NO cost. We do all the marketing from our Orlando Base Office. You do need a good computer with DSL high speed and a land telephone. |

| You will
be constantly in touch with a corporate manager for any reason to assist you.
As a Agent you'll always be updated with new information. |

| >How
much can I make?: |
| It will
depend on your ability to market, sell and ambition. |
| *Below
is a chart of potential income.
For every Contractor the average sub-trades that a contractor uses is 10.
Ex: If 10- contractor's are building projects they will use aprox 100 sub-trades. |
| If
your working with 10 contractors that are building projects, that means there
using 100 sub-trades (members). You can see that your income will be $30,800.00
a year. |

Equipment will I need?: |
| It's
recommended that you have the following office equipment: A Computer with 512
memory and knowledge on how to use it, a high-speed connection (DSL or equal),
Land telephone line, Printer and separate Fax phone line is required (Can have fax online). A cell phone is also good to
have. |

| >What
are my qualification to be a SUBFINDERS® Agent?: |
| It's
best that you have some knowledge of the construction industry. But not required.
It can be in Residential or Commercial. This best thing we've found is "Being
A Nice Person" works best. |
| You must be able
to communicate well with others and speak very clearly. |
| Ex: If a Contractor tells you
he needs bids on Roof Truss's, you need to know how to find them. |
