Information & basis requirements

| Basic Requirements: SubFinders® looks for only companies that have the following requirements. Below are some requirements that are needed to be a member. |
| 1.) You MUST have have a "Land-Line" Business Phone that someone answers. Ex: If a contractor needs
to ask a quick question? he could loose a project just because
he couldn't reach you during business hours. |
| 2.) Does you company have
experience in the Retail-Tenant construction or Residential industry of at least
3 or more years? |
| 3.) Can your company run 2 or more projects
at the same time? |
| 4.) Quality, everybody talks about it,
your clients require it. |
| 5.) And of course, you must have a computer with at least a high speed connection so that you'll be able to view all project infomation online. Such as; Plans, Scheduling, Material Orders etc. (If High-speed is not available in your area, we understand.) |
| Finally, SubFinders® will only
take the top-tier business's within their trade or service. |
